FAQ: Can I pay my rent with cash or personal check?
Answer: No we only accept cashiers checks, money orders or automatic bill pay through your bank account. ( Make sure you reference your property address when using automatic bill pay).

FAQ: Can we have pets?
Answer: Yes, pets are allowed however there is a deposit of $600 per Pet.

FAQ: How much notice do I give to give before leaving the premises?
Answer: Tenant must give a 30day notice before vacating the premises.

FAQ: How often are inspections?
Answer: Inspections are done every 6 months.

FAQ: Is there a deposit on properties?
Answer: Yes, this is normally the same as the rent. However we do run specials, so we would suggest you call and ask about the specials.

FAQ: Is there a minimum lease?
Answer: Yes, apartments are minimum of 6 months and houses are a minimum of 1 year.

FAQ: What if the 1st falls on a weekend?
Answer: We have a drop box located on the front door. Feel free to drop off your rent check to ensure you are not late. Make sure you come back during office hours to get a receipt

FAQ: What kind of credit do I need in order to be approved?
Answer: We don?t look at credit score, we base our approvals on what kind of credit you have, how you pay your bills and see if there are any judgments or evictions on file

FAQ: When is rent late and what is the fee?
Answer: Rent is due on the 1st late after the 3rd at 5pm. There is a 10% late fee attached to your rent if full rent payment is not received by the 3rd at 5pm. Partial payments are subject to late fee!
