ATCO Property Management was established in 1979 and is a Full Service Property Management Company. We handle all phases of Professional Property Management from our convenient location in Bakersfield California.  There are five property managers on staff who specialize in the management of Single Family Homes, Apartment Rentals, Commercial Offices, Retail Centers, and Homeowner Associations in Bakersfield California and Outlying Areas. Combined, our Staff has over 70 years of Experience in the Real Estate Industry.
